Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all VINIA tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
